If you are a pet owner you will love our dog park that we have and we are directly across from the entrance to the Big Creek Greenway trail. Our pet fee is $375 for one pet and $500 for two. That fee is a one-time fee and it is nonrefundable. You will love being located less than a mile from North Point Mall and access to GA-400. There are restaurants walking distance from the property that you will be able to take advantage of as well. This particular apartment has the best monthly rate based on an 13-month lease. We do offer lease terms as short as 3 months, a shorter lease term will increase the offered rate.
