I am planning a move to New York City in the coming months, but I cannot move until I find someone to take over my lease!Please note: This is NOT a sublet- You would be taking complete ownership of the lease that ends June 30th, with an opportunity to re-up in April.The Apartment:It's a 3rd floor 1 bedroom, 1 bath with the Park Pointe Rental Management. Their website is here: http://parkpointe.prospectportal.comThe building has an elevator, and coin laundry on every floor.Rent is $770/month, and that includes heat and air. I pay about $25/month for water, and $40/month for electricity.Apartment has a small dishwasher (which is a total blessing!).The apartment is approximately 600 square feet- including a LARGE living room. I currently use the Living Room as both a living area, and den space (I'm a full time Grad student).There is an outdoor pool that is open by mid-may (depending on weather), as well as garage parking (for extra fee).The building accepts cats (with pet deposit), but no dogs.Incredibly friendly residential environment. Only about a mile from Lake Como, and right across the street from Como Park, so it makes for a great running layout.There is a bus stop only 3 blocks from the apartment that the 3 bus runs by, which you can take either downtown St. Paul, or all the way to Target Field (this has proven to be a HUGE asset!)I'd be available to move out as soon as possible, pending application approval.I have kept the apartment very clean, and it will be thoroughly cleaned upon my departure.If you are interested in renting the apartment, you must apply ($45 application fee) and be approved by the property management.
