Have an acre of land with appraised value of $8000. The property does have a 1995 Buccaneer mobile home on it still, sold 'as is'. Utilities onsite are electricity, water, and septic tank, propane tank is still there, but very rusty as you see. No utilities have been active since 2012, but setup is still there. Also not sure about the condition of the mobile home on the inside, like I said, it's been sitting unattended since 2012 and the outside is pretty rough. Whether you decide to keep the mobile home, move, restore, or sale the mobile home for scrap or remanufacturing is up to you. I'm asking $4500 obo
