In addition to this furnished unit you have the luxury of using our dock, fishing pier, read a book under our covered pergola, sit at our beach or relaxing in our boat house watching the sunrise and wildlife. When evening falls build yourself a nice campfire in our riverfront fire pit, Visit our clubhouse and pick a nice book to read from our library. Security Deposit required. This cottage can also be rented weekly for $1,100. ($150.00 cleaning fee additional) All you need is your toothbrush!. Pelican's Landing is a 55+ park.
