Both bedrooms have a closet though the north bedroom closet is significantly larger, enough to fit a dresser. Both bedrooms have plenty of room for a queen, a king would be tight but doable. The bathroom is modern and clean and the lighting throughout the house seems to be pretty good! I will be living in the ADU behind this house so any issues that might arise can be dealt with quickly. Xcel (gas/electric) and Internet will need to be paid for by tenant. As previously mentioned you will be required to pay for gas/electric and internet. Water/sewer/trash will be included in the base rent. Absolutely no smoking of any kind will be permitted. Right now a cat or two and a small dog or possibly two would be OK. First month's rent and security deposit are due at the signing. Ideally this would be a one year lease.
