Each unit has its own entrance off the patio area. There's a dishwasher in the kitchen, and fireplace in the living room of each apartment. All apartments have access to a communal laundry room on site, and share the yard space in front of the property. THIS APARTMENT DOES NOT COME WITH AN ASSIGNED PARKING SPACE. If you have a car, you will need to park on the street. Our apartments are rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings or A/C units in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. APPROXIMATE ROOM DIMENSIONS: Living room = 11'4" x 10'5" Bedroom = 8'10" x 12'6" Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent.
