    What's special

    I'm looking for new owners to love me. I have a very nice East facing view of the Catalina Mountains and a no care yard. Inside I have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a den/office. My kitchen is open to the family room with a 3 sided fireplace. My kitchen works well for the 'chef' in the family. The window over the sink has that Eastern view; a generously sized island for work space; gas stove and desk area. The master bath has been updated to include a walk-in shower and vessel sinks for the split vanities. What I really need is a little TLC. Walking distance to Copper Creek elementary or the other way...the OV library and town hall. Wow....you'd better come see me soon!
