Rent includes bge, internet, cable full access to community pool fitness center ext. i have 3 dogs they bark and they play with squeaky toys.. Must be neat and clean responsible and pay rent on time would prefer cash. No smoking inside at all.I have 2 bedrooms w private bathroom am thinking of renting out in my condo.
