You will only be living with one other female (me) and my two cats. DETAILS ABOUT THE RENTAL PROPERTY: The property you will be renting is a single-family home in front of a duplex complex. A family with children lives in a single-family home in the back of the duplex complex. Rent is $1,400 due every 1st of the month. The deposit is $1,400 to secure the place. If you don't damage anything, it will be returned when you move out. One-year lease rental. Cross streets are Las Tunas & Franklin Ave. You have one private bedroom with a closet and two windows. You have one large private bathroom. You have your own parking spot in the back of the house. We will share a small kitchen, dining, and living room areas. Tenants split the electricity, gas, water, trash, and internet. The owner pays for gardening. We have a dryer and washer inside the house. Quiet residential neighborhood Central Air conditioning/heating included Furnished with a couch, dining table, desk, lots of plants, an elliptical, and lots of kitchen appliances. Walking distance to lots of eateries and stores on Main Street/Las Tunas. ABOUT ME: I am a single Latina female in my mid-thirties with two small black cats. I work from home for a non-profit charter school organization, full-time. I am an introvert and spend most of my time AT HOME. I use the kitchen several times a day since I work from home and like to cook for myself. Things I love: warm lighting, organic & mid-century interior design, architecture, vintage clothing, astrology, sewing, hair-combing ASMR, skincare, goth and witch things. I enjoy watching films of all kinds, but especially science fiction, horror, and classics, going to flea markets, restaurants, bars, rock & roll music, shows, hiking, nature, swimming holes, roller skating, dancing, and travel! I am not one to throw parties or invite people over much, but I love hosting small dinner parties, film screenings, or hanging out with friends occasionally.
