    Romantic Shady Lane. This is a beautiful Spanish style building with a unique round "tower" in the front. It was built around 1935. Originally, it was a dormitory for a girl's school, but was later converted into eight one-bedroom apartments. The apartments are quite large and have tons of closet space. Each apartment has unique features. Apartment No. 3 is on the first floor, at the rear of the building, with the living room window facing North toward the backyard area of the next building. This apartment has a large kitchen with plenty of room for a dining table and chairs. There is a "vanity" area and desk outside the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower enclosure rather than a tub. The living room has a closet, a faux fireplace, an alcove for your TV or bookshelves, and windows facing the greenery in the backyard of the building next-door. There is room for some storage in the basement. There is a laundry room in the basement, but since this apartment has its own washer and dryer, you probably would not need to use the laundry room in the basement. Call for more info.
