The house has been painted inside and out, the back yard is large enough for entertaining, dogs, a great place to raise children , and to have pets, it's a quiet neighborhood . There is a 4th bedroom downstairs with an egress window, we have several guest and this is a great get away for them or yourselves, wood floors are in living room #1 and basement. My favorite areas are the upstairs deck that overlook the Highline Trail and the private deck that sits behind the garage.
