Feel at home in this fully renovated property that offers free parking and is less than a 9-minute walk to the beach. This beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has been renovated with vinyl throughout and features sea-inspired decor and three electric fireplaces. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and the comfy living room includes a sofa that doubles as a sleeper. Enjoy the waterview from the living room, and stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi. All necessary cooking supplies are provided. Pets are welcome with a limit of 2 pets per stay, each weighing no more than 50 lbs. You must notify us in advance if you're bringing a pet. Service pets are free with prior documentation. Boat parking is available for a fee of $150 plus $50 per night. Propane for the grill is not provided and must be picked up nearby. Additional fees include a cleaning fee for stays longer than 14 days, a service fee, a resort fee, and applicable taxes. All transactions, including refunds, incur a 4% processing fee. Situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood, this apartment is within a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, bars, cafes, and the beach. While many attractions are within walking distance, you can also bring a car to explore nearby towns like Madeira Beach or St. Pete Beach. For beach visits, parking is limited, so walking or using a ride-sharing service is recommended. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, and parties are never allowed. The maximum occupancy is 5 people. Unauthorized guests or pets may result in penalties and immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund. Smoking is prohibited inside the property, and violations may incur a $500 penalty. Unauthorized early check-ins or late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every half hour. The fishing dock is private to the duplex, and both units have access. Firearms are not allowed unless permitted in writing, and violations will result in immediate removal and a $250 penalty. Security cameras are present but not actively monitored 24/7.
