House Rules Welcome to Our Cozy Home at Priceless Stays! We're thrilled to have you as our guest! To ensure a delightful stay for everyone, we kindly request that you follow these house rules: Treat Our Home Like Your Own: Please respect the space and keep it tidy imagine it's your own home. Report any accidental spills or damages promptly so we can address them. Get Acquainted with Our House Rules: We've outlined these guidelines to make your stay enjoyable please take a moment to read them. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Extra bedding (sleeping bags) is available in the basement if needed. Cleanliness Matters: Leave the place as you found it dispose of trash properly. If you use the kitchen, please wash dishes and wipe down surfaces. Damage Control: Accidents happen! If something breaks, let us know right away. Guests are responsible for significant damage beyond normal wear and tear. Guest Count & Gatherings: Stick to the approved number of guests no uninvited visitors. No parties or large gatherings our system detects noise levels. Violations will result in a $500 fine. Check-In & Check-Out: Arrive during the designated check-in time. Check out by the specified time let us know if you need extra time. No Smoking Inside: Our home is smoke-free this includes tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigarettes. Smoking inside will result in a $500 fine. Well-Behaved Pets Allowed (for a Fee & Deposit): We welcome well-behaved pets at a rate of $99 per pet per stay. A $250 refundable pet deposit is required fully refunded if no pet-related damage occurs. Pets must be house-trained and never left unattended inside the home. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds a cleaning fee may apply if violated. Any pet-related damage or excessive mess will result in additional charges. Quiet Hours: Keep noise levels down after 10 PM respect neighbors and fellow guests. No loud music or rowdy behavior violations may result in early check-out. Photography & Filming: Personal photos and videos are welcome. Commercial shoots require prior approval.
