    --Room Specific Information-- Our lovely shared home experience is perfect and ideal for students who are studying at USC or nearby schools, business travelers who are on a budget, or extended stays while visiting Los Angeles. If you have family in the area- Avocado House may be the ideal stationing for you to visit your family and also work in that free time we all so desire when visiting such a large city with so much to offer. This room features one full sized bed. This room has a locking door but shares a bathroom and common spaces. This room does have a mini-fridge and a microwave. --General Property Information-- This lovely home is located in Korea-town, in the Mid City neighborhood in Los Angeles, CA. Minutes away from Downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood Blvd. There is shopping nearby, and restaurants in walking distance. Safe neighborhood. Three schools around. This rental is a 2-story house that is decorated to suit everyone from business travelers to vacationers. It comes with free high speed internet (WiFi) and a full kitchen. There are 7 rooms which sell separately as a unit. There is a mini stove, mini refrigerator and microwave in each room besides the one that is attached to the kitchen itself. Each room has TV and Internet. All rooms have shared bathrooms except for one with the private bathroom inside. The room is ideal for 2 people except for the room with twin bed which is suitable only for one person. The kitchen is supplied with everything that may be needed to cook meals. We provide the very basic essentials which include cookware, dishes and utensils, and commonly used kitchen appliances like microwave and electric kettle. We never skimp on bedding in our vacation rentals. We provide high quality, medium-firm mattresses for all of our guests. Everyone loves sleeping on our beds and we get a lot of compliments on our mattress selection. There is a washer and dryer in the house but there will be a charge for using those (same like coin). Check-in Information -Check-ins at this property are free from 4 pm to 9 pm, if scheduled -Early check-ins are billed at $40.00 from 12 to 4 pm -Extra Early check-ins are billed at 1/2 nights rent + tax -Late check-ins 9 pm to 12:15 am are billed at $40.00 for the selected waiting hour in the arrival information -Check-ins after 12:15 pm are billed at $60.00 and must be scheduled 72 hours in advance - Unscheduled check-ins may not report to the property without calling first and may experience up to 4 hours waiting. Unscheduled check-ins are billed $50.00 flat in addition to any late check-in fees. Please schedule your arrivals. We do not allow self-check-in. We require all guests to schedule their check-in time after confirmation of reservation. We require all guests to present the credit card used to book the rental and a photo ID at the time of check-in. Checkout Information -All check-outs are prompt at 11 am. -Late check-outs until 2 pm are billed at $40.00 and are subject to availability on the day of departure. Late check-out fees begin at 11:15 am. -Late check-outs must be purchased in advance (by 12 midnight the night prior). Same day late check-outs and extensions will require an updated bill to be signed. Late Check-outs or extensions requested later than 12 midnight the night before will be accessed a $50.00 handling fee. All guests must sign their updated bills or new rental agreement if changing cards or responsibilities. Failure to schedule an updated bill signing or extension request form will result in your unit being rented to the next occupant. This is a self-checkout property. Upon departure, you will need to call our check-out line to time check your check-out. This voicemail will time-stamp your check-out time for your records and will notify the housekeeping team that you are ready for departure.
