Building amenities include a smoke-free environment, a fully equipped gym, and a lobby area.
If you're traveling by car, the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party and is not associated with the apartment. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the apartment.

All guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check-out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hr late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The apartment is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.
The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. You'll receive your code before arrival for hassle-free and secure entry, anytime after check-in time.
