The on-site laundry services are free to use, with facilities located on the second floor, off the elevator to the left at the end of the hallway. The building amenities include a smoke-free environment, a fully equipped gym, and a lobby area. You can also enjoy a Smart TV with streaming apps installed and complimentary coffee. If you're traveling by car, the surface lot behind the building is managed by a third-party and is not associated with the apartment. Alternatively, you can use The Fulton Parking Garage, located just 5 minutes from the property, though it is also not affiliated with the apartment. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Emotional support animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays of 30 days or more will be subject to a background search and credit check. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for additional fees. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing you to check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. You'll receive your code before arrival for hassle-free and secure entry, anytime after check-in time.
