My Wife and I are going to see the world for the next two years, we will be returning to San Diego for only three months per year, to visit our family. During our return there is a guest quarters in the house that we will stay in. we have our own room, kitchenet, and living room. It is located at the top of Mira Mesa SD. it backs onto Penasquitos canyon. The nearest cross streets are Camino Ruiz & Calle Cristobal. Fully furnished home, it has a very large, master bedroom w/ on suite bathroom, and two closets. Another bedroom has a very nice big office in it. It has 2,1/2 Bathrooms. It comes fully furnished with your own backyard, designated parking (extra fee), It has its own washer and dryer, Two TV's, 65" and 75" Internet access, fully airconditioned and a community pool. One room has a king bed, the other is a large office and a bedroom The back yard is very nice and enclosed. The complete home is yours for 9 months of the year. three months of the year we will return to visit family. During this time we will take care not to disturb you as my wife and I view this to be your home for as long as you are here. There is a community swimming pool, and if you are into hiking, we are just a five-minute walk to the best hiking trails in all of San Diego ( Los Penasquitos Canyon ). You can hike to the river, which is covered in a forest canopy (45 min.) to the waterfall (90 min.) or you can hike the 8.5 miles all the way to Torrey Pines and Del Mar Beaches. We are looking for a couple or two friends to occupy the home, if this is a good fit for you, we look forward to showing it, to you. All utilities, gas, electric, water & trash come to a fixed $150 per month The lease is for one year minimum.
