There is a third room where my wife and I will be staying for no more than 3 months per year. We would completely understand and respect that it is your home when we are here and visiting family. So, we would obviously be looking for someone comfortable with that. Everything is taken care of for you, including a house cleaner if you want, we have a great house cleaner over every month. My wife Cecilia and I are planning on seeing the world so, in the coming months we are hoping you will look after the house and let us know things are good, so we can enjoy our trips, and you can enjoy our house. I deigned your quarters exactly as I would like it if I could have everything. So, I put the best of everything into two beautiful rooms. Your quarter include a bedroom and private living room, with a kitchenet, large screen hi-depth TV, office desk, Fireplace, all with beautiful lighting. You have your own private bathroom (however it is in the hallway, 10 feet from your bedroom). The location is amazing; we live by the Rancho Penasquitos Canyon. On a quiet street with tons of parking. It includes a beautiful community pool. We will also include the use of our electric mountain bikes, so you can ride to the beach. (you will have to sign a waiver). We are offering a cool place with an executive feeling, and a great set-up for the right person. Common use areas include Laundry, back yard and community pool. We are ok for you to share the whole house with us; (however you have your own home within it). Just a short 6 8-minute walk from your front door is a magnificent park and the trail head to Rancho Penasquitos Canyon. You can hike or bike to the beach in 50 minutes. It is a breathtaking ride. Only two people. 12-month minimum lease.
