The gas range, range hood, and open-concept living/kitchen space feature original exposed brick walls and ceiling fans. Butcher block countertops, new Ikea cabinets, deep sink, and modern finishes. The bathroom has an exhaust fan, lighting, and a shower. The bedroom has a ceiling fan, heating, and a closet with shelving and hanging space. The back courtyard is available to all tenants and is shared among the other buildings. During the summer, a gazebo with couches and ample seating is available, along with a natural gas grill for use and a space to connect with others. There is bicycle storage in the garage off the courtyard for bikes. During the summer months, we often BBQ and hang out in the courtyard, welcoming anyone who would like to join. There is FREE laundry in the building. It is a large washer and dryer. Four units use the machines, so please be mindful of their use.
