I have been continually updating this home. It has a newer furnace , ductwork, and oil tank. The roof was updated to metal in 2010. The interior of first floor is almost entirely tongue and groove cedar on the walls. Floating floors and vinyl tile flooring on the main floor. And the kitchen cabinets were hand crafted in 2009. Neighborhood Description This neighborhood is really quiet and tranquil. The population in Van Buren is 2500 people, with only approximately 260 students of all different ages in this town, they all attend school at the same building. There are lots of new jobs here as this is a town that borders Canada so tourists are always welcomed. Overall a great place to raise a family. This house is located right in the school district so it is very close to the school and also very close to town.
