All utilities included (water, sewer, trash, electric, gas, charter high speed wi-fi internet, laundry, etc) as well as washer and dryer in basement. $475 rent and $475 deposit moves you in. Furnished living room with 55" flat screen. Laundry room, deck, kitchen with major appliances, full bath in hallway, and 3/4 bath downstairs. Newly remodeled throughout. 36' in-ground pool secluded in the middle of the woods, awesome setting in the summer to relax. I would like to rent to a responsible college student if possible, but I'm open to showing the place to anyone and working out a deal if we're compatible. We aren't home very often and the house is very quiet. Even though we're all in our 20's or early 30's, we work a lot and don't really party. It's usually a mix of males and females, but currently we have a sausage fest with 3 guys awaiting a 4th roommate for January 1st. We don't want any pets. If you decide to move in, there will be 4 total people in the house (yourself and 3 others). Roommates are quiet and courteous.NO smoking indoors. SIUE is 12 minutes away, straight down 157. Downtown St. Louis is about 15 minutes away, SLU is about 20. I would prefer at least a 6 month lease, but we can discuss your particular situation if you need something shorter term.
