A large, beautiful single-family home to rent. All newer appliances have lots of updates throughout the house. There are four bedrooms and four full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a jacuzzi. The home features central air conditioning and heating. Also, there are two living rooms: one on the main floor and the other on the upper floor. The house has a walkout basement with a bar and a cooktop. The view from the deck is excellent a great rental. To schedule -- You can contact via sms/text and find a common time for the tour. Renter pays all utilities. The last two months' rent is due at signing. At least 12-month leases would be required. For a longer-term lease, the terms and conditions may vary. (*) If a long-term guest resides there, the person must also sign the lease. Primary adults would be required to go through background and credit checks. (*) No pets allowed. (*) Must comply with state and local (town) rules. Tenant must be responsible for any fine assessed by the town/city. (*) No alterations without the Landlord's written consent. Fixtures installed without approval become the Landlord's property. (*) Tenant may not assign or sublet without written consent unauthorized subletting grounds for termination. Tenant must be responsible for any fine assessed by the town. (*) Tenant encouraged to obtain renter's insurance. Landlord's insurance does not cover Tenant's belongings.
