It is centrally, located close to the airport, hospitals, downtown, and Ybor CITY. The property is located in historic Seminole Heights. There is a park a block away. And, there are a lot of fun, eating spots and nightlife with a short drive in the car or an Uber. Owner pays for water and electricity. Electricity on the front house should not exceed $250. Anything over that amount will result in charges for the next month. There is designated parking that will be to the left of the front house. Tenant should not park in any other spot as it is designated for the other unit. Tenants are responsible for taking trash and recycle to the curb. Trash pick up- Monday and Thursday Recycle and Yard Waste- Monday Tenants are responsible for cleaning the laundry room after every use, including cleaning out the dryer lint, sweeping after mess, and removing their items for the courtesy of other tenants. Please do not leave things in the dryer more than two hours. Swim spa will only be heated between November and February. Tenants should shower before getting into the spa to keep the water clear and at healthy levels.
