Shared spaces: Attached shared bathroom (10.6'x5') with roommate (F). Separate doors to enter the bathroom. Small kitchen on 1st floor, spacious furnished living room with lots of natural light, and recently updated hardwood flooring. Half bathroom on 1st floor.
Notable amenities: Washer and Dryer in laundry room with shelving on 1st floor. Dishwasher, fridge and freezer, 2nd freezer, double-oven range, and access to attic (unfinished, with pull-down stairway access) for storage.
6 or 12 month lease. No subletting. Utilities are split 3 ways, and include HOA fees. No smoking inside. No pets, due to allergies.
Off-street parking available, cost is included in HOA fees. HOA also takes care of yard work, covers the cost of garbage removal, recycling.
Renter is responsible for on-time payments of rent and utilities. Renter is responsible for leaving the rented room and shared spaces in the condition they started in before move-in upon move-out. Renter is responsible to pay the cost for any damages they incur to the room or shared space beyond normal wear and tear. Renter is to contribute to household chores, and to uphold a reasonable amount of cleanliness in their space, and the shared space (i.e., preventing mold, pest infestations, etc.). Renter is to notify the homeowner of any damage, need for replacements, leaks, or breakdown of amenities within a reasonable time frame so the homeowner can make necessary repairs. Renter will sign a lease prior to moving in.
Housemate details
Homeowner works from home, day shift, enjoys plants, baking & DnD. Other roommate day shift, enjoys gaming, RPGs. Chores split & occasionally hire cleaners. Guests welcome w/prior notice. Our pet is a robovac named Herbie.
