The kitchen has all new cabinets and granite counter tops as well as new vanity and cabinets in the bathroom and granite counter top too. The apartment building is one block from Volunteer Park and on a major bus line and is only 7/10 mile from the Capitol Hill Light Rail Station and close to all the neat shops restaurants and coffee shops that Capitol Hill has to offer. We do not accept: - people with evictions - people owing money to prior landlords - people in bankruptcy if your credit score is less than 600, it would require a larger deposit, but if you have a lot of stuff placed for collections, it's probably not a match. 2 people max occupancy income must be 2.5x the rent, must have been on your job for 9 months or longer, or in the same line of work We do work with people that may fall short, by taking a larger deposit, but depends on the issues that come out of background check, that includes, criminal, credit, and tenant background. Tenant pays for electricity, water, sewer, garbage, and cable. We require a background check that includes criminal, credit and tenant history, and costs $44/person over 18. Pets are okay, as long as they are under 18 inches at shoulder/top of back on front legs, with an additional $500 pet deposit and $35/mo pet rent. Only 1 pet per unit allowed.
