This apartment building was built in 1955 to house the workers that were building the Seattle Center for the 1962 Worlds fair so it has a lot of history to it. Pets are okay, only one pet allowed per unit, as long as they are under 18 inches at shoulder/top of back on front legs, and NO Pit Bulls/Pit Bull mix dogs, with an additional $400 pet deposit and $35/mo pet rent. We do not accept reusable tenant screening reports, we use LPS to do our background check which includes tenant, criminal and credit history. We do not accept: - people with evictions - people oweing money to prior landlords - people in bankruptcy - if your credit score isn't over 600, we would require a larger deposit depending on all aspects of the background check - 2 people max per bedroom You must make 2.5-3x the rent as income, and have been on your current job for 6 months, or in the same line of work. Only one pet per unit is allowed, and must be 18 inches at the shoulder/base of neck when full grown and no pit bull or pit bull mix breeds.
