    We're looking for a roommate to share a three bedroom one bath home. We have a large private room with a full/double size bed, chest, desk, TV, ceiling fan, and mini fridge in the room. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, washer / dryer, there is parking in front of the house, backyard access of a fire pit and barbecue grill. The house already has three other residents who are clean and peaceful. We are looking for a roommate who is the same. The rent is $1450 with an additional $200 for utilities and supplies. The total expected is $1650 a month. House rules: - The lease is renewed in three months increments for the first 12 months and then moves to a one year lease. - No smoking and no drug use allowed - maintain cleanliness of the home in your room - No one else can live there or appear to live there other than the 1 tenant on the rental agreement. - No overnight guest beyond one night a week. - The $1650 charge includes rent and utilities, but a $50 late fee is added if rent is paid after the first. There's no grace period. Rent can be paid early, but not late. - Additional reasonable rules and terms will be discussed before moving in.
