Self-contained/private apartment is the whole first level of a charming two-story cottage. We (current occupants) are moving to the slightly larger upstairs unit and are looking for someone to takeover our lease of the first floor. We love the beautiful windows and the light in this apartment. Large, peaceful shared outdoor space includes patio/gazebo, gas grill, hammock, terraced patios where you can stretch out and spend time, and raised garden beds. There is ample free street parking (no permits required) directly adjacent to the property and there's no alternate side/street sweeping restrictions to worry about. It's private and lush, but still convenient to the 134, Trader Joe's, Vons, CVS, and more. We have application forms available digitally and on paper. The landlord requires a $20 application fee to cover a credit check; he accepts cash, check, venmo, and paypal. Landlord is very firm about no dogs allowed, sorry, and prefers a single person, though there is flexibility. Please note that we are able to schedule tours on Friday afternoons and Saturday mornings, though we can make exceptions if need be. Masks required for tours. The earliest move-in date is September 6th though there is flexibility. Landlord pays all utilities: gas, electric, water. Landlord pays for trash/recycling and gardener. No dogs allowed. Cats permitted with landlord's approval. Security deposit is 1.5x the monthly rent. $20 application fee for credit check. No smoking. Abundant free street-parking.
