I am renting out a room in my home. The bedroom includes a bed, closet, fan, desk, and small dresser. The bathroom is a shared space. Mostly yours but we do use it occasionally. You would need to supply any necessities that you would need. The washer and dryer are conveniently upstairs in the hallway. You would have use of the kitchen when ever you may want to use it. Space available for your groceries and use of all dishes and appliances. Garage is available for parking. During the summer time the pool at the townhomes is also ok for you to use. This starts at the end of May. The community keeps it locked until then. Hoping for a six month agreement. If you smoke this has to be outside. If you have a cat or pet please keep your litter box or hair cleaned up. Keep your room and bathroom clean and organized.
