Gated 6'x7' porch upon entry allows air & light into the open front door while remaining safe from anyone entering. There is a large locked deck box for added storage, that can also be used as a table with the provided patio chairs and small mosaic side table. (See pic.) One indoor-only cat allowed. No dogs. This is a sweet home of your own, rather than a shared dorm room, or apartment with neighbors above and below you, set back from the street. There is a cemented steel rack in the enclosed back yard for locked bicycle storage, and no other storage outside of the cottage. Friendly, responsible landlord lives in house attached to cottage, so is readily available, with easy communication. There are no laundry facilities for this cottage, but 2 laundromats are 0.2 and 0.3 miles away, near great coffee shops, while some other tenants have chosen the wash & fold option.
