The private bedroom area features a new double bed with all beddings provided. Everything needed for immediate move-in is here. You would only need to bring your personal belongs. Off-street parking is provided at no charge. Covered, secure bicycle storage is available at no charge. A private patio and raised garden bed are also available to tenant. Utilities including electricity, water & sewer, garbage, and internet access are $200 per month and included in the base rent. A $600 refundable move in deposit is required along with last month's rent. A credit report and background check would be run on the Tenant. The $25 fee for this would be paid for by Tenant.
