The second bedroom is off the living area across, with a plush queen bed, dresser, closet, and ceiling fan, offering abundant light. It also has a sliding door with access to the back deck and blackout curtains. The third bedroom features a full bed and a twin bed, dresser, closet, ceiling fan, and blinds. In the hallway between the second and third bedroom is the second full bath featuring a skylight, granite vanity, and tub shower combo. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area for the convenience of guests. LSV vehicles require a pass and count towards the vehicle maximum parking count. For guests' convenience, a prompt self check-in process is offered, with guests directly checking in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. The property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included.
