Rent is normally $1580/mo but is being discounted to $1480 for someone signing a lease starting in August. 2nd Room, which is much larger, about 17 ft long by 9 ft to 10 ft wide, or 180 sft including closet space, is becoming available Sept. 1, or possibly sooner.
