It's a two minute drive to both or CU (or 10 minute walk)! Close to 6th and College Ave. The back garden has a wonderful apple tree, grape vines (and blackberry bushes nearby). Its fenced and dogs are allowed. No cats - sorry. One off street parking space is included - no garage is available. A single garage space MIGHT be an option but would be an additional $300/month (Optional). Utilities are an additional $250/month which include water, gas and electric.
