This newly constructed home is three blocks away from the San Pedro metro station. Located two miles from the heart of downtown Los Angeles, this neighborhood has a heavy Spanish influence. The supermarket down the street has very affordable groceries. The house and neighborhood are very quiet. Parking on site is available. The house has the rooms on the second floor, the first floor consists of the garage, restroom, kitchen and living room, but there is no shower. Kitchen as well as pots & pans etc. are there for use. The room I am renting is unfurnished with 113 sq. ft. I live with a roommate that is US military and she is really cool! We get along great and we are looking for someone that is just as clean, laid back, and dedicated to doing their own thing. We both go to school, and work. I am mostly out of the house.
