First off, I love my fixer upper house in the country. It has a beautiful yard for the kids, small animals and field for the large animals. Two nice sized bedrooms, large bath, average kitchen and open living area. But, Like I said..... It is a fixer upper. I bought it for the land for our horses and had visions of log or rough sawn cedar siding to give it that cabin feel. Most of the wire has been upgraded. Walls were reinsulated. 1/2 of the windows were replaced but there are still some that need to be done. I am very honest and will be up front with any and all concerns. There are a lot of improvements that will need to be done but house is very livable and homey.
