Rules and Regulations: No smoking, no more than two pets, No addition inhabitants without the approval of the landlord. Maintenance and Repairs: Easily repairable items (i.e. changing lightbulbs, drain cleaner, etc.) may be fixed by the tenant and the cost will be subtracted from months' rent if documentation of purchase is provided and approved.
