Nice big home. Upstairs is finished and some of it has been updated. All 3 bathrooms have been updated with the exception of the flooring in the 1/2bath. The basement has a lot of potential. Nice big pantry, small storage room, a family room and an unfinished bedroom as well as a big room that can be used as a shop or exercise room if desired. We expanded the garden twice as big and put in 6 ft fence to keep deer out. There it's a wood area and a basketball hoop. The front lawn is pretty nice with some flowers along the house. We live on a dead end so there is very little traffic and kids can safely play there. We replaced the roof when we moved in 7 years ago. Swamp cooler available but will need motor replaced.
