This property is a seasonal rental and will only be available from mid December 2025 to mid April 2026. Property also comes furnished, will only rent out as furnished. The decor, views of the Grand River, splash pad across the street and the backyard hot tub surround you with a love for all things water. This home has 3 bedrooms in total with a bonus room on the main floor. The two rooms on the main floor have one with a King bed and one with a queen bed and the two bedrooms upstairs have one with a King bed and one with a twin bed. The home has had several recent updates, including: - Kitchen counters and backsplash - Several of the kitchen appliances - Paint throughout - Bathroom re-fresh Property is a seasonal rental and will only be available between mid December 2025 to mid April 2026.
