I am looking to rent half of the upstairs of my home so that we can enjoy only having one roommate instead of two. This means you will have sole access to two rooms and a private bathroom located on the 2nd floor. The West room is 159 square feet (13'8" x 11'8") and the East room is 136 square feet (11'8" x 11'8"). The two bedrooms and bathroom will give you a combined 335 square feet that will be your private areas. The West room has a view of Knott City Park and the East room has a view of the back yard of the property. Both rooms have wall ports where a router can be plugged in for hardline internet needs (the house has Wi-Fi, but is located in the Master Bedroom). The closets come with shelves for storage and hanging clothes. The rooms are carpeted and the West room has yellow walls with a green accent wall and the East room has white walls with an accent wall that is dark green. Acer flag pole lot property that is fully fenced in. Dog friendly home, there is currently on English Bulldog mix that lives here. Pet deposit will depend on the dog, no cats. Dog must be crate trained and cannot be left unattended in the home. I currently have a fenced off play pen area in the garage for when no one is home, but I will soon be building a dog run on the property with a heated dog house so that there is somewhere for the dog to hang out when no one is home. I am looking for someone who likes dogs since I have one and will hopefully bring one too so my dog can have a friend. No work from home people please, my old roommate was work from home and it adds a lot to the utilities and wear and tear on the home compared to roommates who work a regular shift (hybrid work will be evaluated on a case by case basis). I am looking for someone with a similarly active lifestyle who gets out of the house and goes places. I want us to enjoy living together, but it is nice to have the house to yourself once and a while. 1 year lease that will go month to month unless we sign a new lease.
