Commerce Village is comprised of two streets of Duplexes built in 1999-2000. Francyne Way is the more quiet of the two and is not a throughfare for traffic. It adjoins to Commerce Avenue at both ends. There is always plenty of parking as each duplex has a 1-car garage and driveway. There is a community playground at the end of Francyne Way where toddlers and children play after school and in the summertime. The ethnic and demographic composition of this neighborhood is very diverse. One of the greatest things about this neighborhood and particularly this house is that the Union Township 4th of July fireworks can be seen yearly from the front porch! Overall, a GREAT community!
