They are all over 200sqft with large closets All the rooms have Brazilian cherry laminate to make easy to clean. Some have doors to a patio or deck The rent will include utilities and cleaning service. The place is huge and will be renting all 5brs. There are three brs left. I will be furnishings the house with couches, TVs, dining room table, bar cabinet, bar stools, some decorations and kitchen items. So you just need bedroom stuff. There are two laundry rooms. I do month to month and ask for 30days notice. No smoking in the house, absolutely no violence or theft. 420 friendly outside on balcony.Just be a normal good person and there won't be any issues I offer month to month lease with 30 days notice if you plan on moving
