No dishwasher available. It is private with off street parking. The utilities are included. Max occupancy is 3 people. This is a full basement . There is well water which is hard but there are filtration systems in place that will need to be managed by owner at least once a month. Only one cat allowed with a pet deposit of $50. No water beds. The trash will be limited to one bin which can fit three to four trash bags and goes out once a week. No parties without owners prior written consent. Only 2 running vehicles allowed, no project vehicles. Absolutely No Smoking or vaping! There is a queen bed in master bedroom and two single beds in the other rooms that can either stay with rental or can be removed.
