There is a utility room on the first floor which contains a washer, dryer and additional storage. The 2nd floor has an open living concept that combines the kitchen, dining, and living room. The kitchen has a view of Anacapa Island as well as the breaking waves where you can watch the surfers. The kitchen consists of modern appliances including an Advantium oven, gas cooktop, gas convection oven, instant pot, and Cuisinart emersion blender. Soft water for your laundry and showers as well as a reverse osmosis provides delicious drinking water. There are 2 indoor dinning areas. A dining table which can expand to seat 6 people and a bar counter top that seats 4. One of our favorite features of this house is the outdoor balcony with seating for 4 where you can enjoy morning coffee or happy hour while viewing the islands and beach life. The living room has a Smart TV with Roku installed to allow access to your favorite streaming apps. (Netflix, Prime video, Hulu, Disney, etc.) There are also multiple free apps available including Pluto, Tubi, YouTube, ABC, NBC etc. Loveseat and single recliners. A pullout queen bed is also available. The 2nd floor has a full bath with 2 sinks. The spare room has a built-in closet and ceiling fan The second bedroom has a full-size bed and an office desk and chair. It also has a smart TV with Roku. A sliding glass door leads to the stairs and a large rooftop open air lounge. The rooftop lounge offers unobstructed views of the surrounding mountains and peak a boo views of the ocean and islands. Ricker cushion patio set, lounge chairs. You can listen to seals barking and waves breaking. An outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Many of our neighbors use the garage or driveway as an outdoor patio. Table, chairs, full size refrigerator and a BBQ are located in the garage for your use. Beach toys is available for your use, surfboard, boogie board, beach tent, umbrellas, chairs and a cart to transport everything you need to the beach. Nearby features: The Channel Island Harbor hosts a farmer's market on Sunday. Many local bars and restaurants within walking distance and feature seafood, pizza and barbeque. Fishing charters, jet ski rental, stand up paddle board rental, kayak rental, small boat rental, bicycle rentals are available within walking distance.
