There is a large private backyard, surrounded by lush vegetation on all sides, and protected by a fence all around. There are 2.5 bathrooms, and 5 bedrooms (one is used as a library/office). In addition, there is a large guest room, which can accommodate a visiting family (4 people), a family room with foosball and piano, a laundry room, a mud room with a rowing machine, a large living room, a kitchen, a sun-room, and a big patio toward the backyard. We have multiple grills: charcoal and gas. The private driveway parks 2 (or more) cars. A perfect home to spend your summer in Princeton before you decide to spend the rest of your life in Princeton. SUMMER RENTAL ONLY. This house is available from June 25 to August 14 (7 weeks). Utilities are not included. No smoking in the house. No pets. Pool service can be arranged for around $80/month. By-weekly lawn mowing included.
