This house is near Rock Rest, between 'downtown' Golden and Denver West Mills. Both highways 70 and 6 are minutes aways, making it quick to commute, whether headed east to Denver for work or west to the mountains for play. King Soopers, Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, Target, Home Depot, several auto part stores, Bon Fire Burritos, Denver West Mills mall and more are are conveniently 5 minutes drive or less away. Looking to fill two rooms in this house that I have been renting from the private landlord for the past 6 years. The biggest appeal is that you can be closer to the mountains while still having quick access to Denver. The garage and shed provide plenty of room for storage of and tinkering on cars, motorcycles, dirt bikes, bicycles, etc. There is an established 500 sq. ft. vegetable and herb garden with irrigation in place, as well as a small fire pit. The backyard is fenced in with a driveway gate that can be shut to keep in pets as well. The landlord is pet friendly (there is a refundable pet deposit) so the house is open to tenants with well trained pets. The house is furnished/partially furnished in the common areas; there is plenty of room for your furniture, especially as some things will be leaving when the current roommates move out. The kitchen is also well equipped if you enjoy cooking. I am looking for is roommates that are a good fit. There is a lot of space which is fantastic; the other side of that is that everyone needs to help out to keep the house and yard clean and feeling good. I am all about mutual respect, communication and taking accountability without taking things personally. It is a great space for entertaining friends, cooking out and hanging out, but it also not a party house.
