RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDO 4 ASSOCIATION APPLICATION /INFORMATION SHEET A non-refundable fee of $50.00 is required for each applicant. Checks should be made payable to Raintree Village Condominium #4 Association, Inc. A married couple with minor children constitutes one application. Roommates and family members older than 18 require a separate application & fee. The following information must be submitted with your application. o A copy of a driver's license (picture must be recognizable) o Copy of lease with provision allowing the Association to evict a tenant for non-compliance with rules. o Proof of legal entry if you are not a United States citizen. Non-resident aliens may not rent longer than the duration of their visa. o Pet Registration Form, photograph of pet, copy of current shot records and tag o Vehicle Registration form This association has restrictions that may affect your lifestyle. It is up to you to ask questions and become familiar with the Association's documents and rules. There are restrictions limiting exterior usage of units: o Two domestic pets per home, with dogs and/or cats not to exceed 20 lbs each at maturity. Dogs must be walked only in designated areas. You must pick up after your pet. o There are Patio and Balcony use restrictions that affect portions of home visible to neighbors. In keeping with State fire codes and our insurance carriers instructions, NO GRILLS OF ANY SORT ARE PERMITTED ON THE PATIOS. o There are specific restrictions regarding possession/installation/location/usage of spas, waterbeds, "Jacuzzis" and other such equipment. o No commercial vehicles can be parked or stored on the premises after business hours (9-5). o One reserved parking spot per home. Guest parking is available only at the ends of the street. o Maximum occupancy is two persons per bedroom; these are single-family residences. o You are responsible for acquiring a set of Association documents from the Leasing Agent of your unit. If you do not get the documents from the Leasing Agent, then the management company will provide a set and bill you for them. o If you have any questions, ask prior to paying your fee. The Board has 30 days to qualify your transfer prior to your occupancy and may invoke a fine should this not occur. In addition, a fine of no more than $100 a day, max $1,000 may be assessed for moving in prior to providing the association with a complete, truthful, signed application and payment of the transfer fee.
