Electric and water are included. You will have two parking spaces for running vehicles only. There is a dumpster located on property. No loud music after 10 pm. Be respectful of your neighbors as well as the property. It is fine to add oil to your car but no oil change or major car repairs on site. There is not to be any clutter around or underneath RV. There will be a compartment for items you don't need indoors. This is a fully furnished RV so there's no space for other furnishings. Also please note that that furniture is not RV furniture and therefore you are responsible for damages. It is a temporary rental.
