Cute and quiet 35 ft fifth wheel RV for temporary lease. (2 month minimum) Fully furnished, all utilities included, ready for occupancy. Previously smoked in although it has been aired out cleaned and smoke free for 3 weeks if you are allergic or put off by smoke then this is probably not a good property to consider. As well as if you like to host parties and have lots of traffic going in and out, then this is not going to be a good match for you either. But if you enjoy a peacefu home and quiet surroundings then this might be just the place for you. This is an adult only "area" consisting of only 2 other neighbors who are single,quiet and enjoy their privacy.One small dog under 20 lbs is okay. Unfortunately because of allergies cat's are not, sorry. First month and last month+ security deposit+ pet deposit if applicable due at signing. There is a 2 month minimum that must be paid prior to move in plus a security deposit and pet deposit if applicable. There are to be no large groups of people at anytime, no loud music after 9 pm. Be respectful of other neighbors at all times. No trash, rubbish or clutter of any kind around or under RV. Tenant is responsible for minor things like weeding, pest control, removal of trash to on site dumpster daily as needed. I am not requiring renters insurance that is why I have a security deposit set at 200 + cleaning deposit of 100+ a pet deposit of 100 if applicable. Security deposit will be refunded upon inspection of property if all is as was upon move in. If there are any issues such as a leak in roof owner is responsible for for this kind of issue and will be taken care of in a timely manner. Tenant is not to be on top of RV without prior consent from owner. Furthermore you are allowed 2 parking spaces for running vehicles only. Adding a quart of oil is acceptable. Not an oil change. No major work requiring the car to be on jacks or with the hood open for an extended period of time.
