SECURITY SYSTEM ENABLED. The home has been very well kept and is immaculate on the inside and out. Looking for a good family to call this property home. The pictures on Zillow are from before updates we did prior to the current tenant moving in where the interior was painted, blinds replaced, lights replaced with more modern fixtures, etc. I will be posting updated pictures when the current tenant leaves. We require an application be submitted before we a showing is scheduled. The is a smoke free property. Drug use of any type on the premise is not permitted. Tenant pays for water, gas, electric and the security system if they choose to have it enabled. Tenant is responsible for routinely (approximately weekly during the growing season) mowing the lawn and if the tenant fails to keep up with the lawn mowing a service will be hired at the tenant's expense. The yard must be kept presentable and trash cleaned up at all times. The tenant's cars should be parked in the driveway at night. Non-operational vehicles are not to be left in the drive way or on the street outside the house.
